Terms and conditions:
By placing an order with A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels you agree to the following terms and conditions: You (i) represent and warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place an order with A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels and; (ii) are authorizing A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels to produce such order on your behalf.
1. You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully.
2. A. Graphic Communications will do it's best to match the proof's colors as closely as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact match of color and density (as viewed in a 5000K light booth) because of limitations in the printing process. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
3. No refunds given once we begin your order, which means we have received your necessary materials (images, text, digital files and proofs) and started work on your job. No partial refunds given for work not completed.
4. You agree to pay for industry standard +/- 10% over-runs, which will be billed separately after the job is completed.
5. By placing an order with A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels you agree to the following terms and conditions: You (i) represent and warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place an order with A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels and; (ii) are authorizing A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels to produce such order on your behalf. I/We agree that we are fully responsible for payment for all services/products ordered by us whether in writing, verbally, or otherwise. We agree to review A. Graphic Communications’Äô invoices promptly upon receipt. We agree that invoices not questioned in writing by us within 10 days of the invoice date (undisputed) have been satisfactorily reviewed and approved and will be paid without further question according to the invoice terms. I/We hereby authorize A. Graphic Communications to charge my credit card and to initiate entries to my (our) checking/savings accounts at my financial institution and initiate adjustments for any transactions to debit my account for all open accounts and invoices over 30 days. I/We agree to pay collection costs, court costs and reasonable attorney's fees for any past-due invoices referred by A. Graphic Communications for collections and/or legal proceedings..
6. Quoted Turnaround Times start only after all materials necessary to complete your order have been received. Completion of your job within our regular Turnaround Time is pursuant to receipt of your signed layout/final approval and payment. Allow 2 additional business days for delivery. Expected delivery dates and Turnaround Times are not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, bad weather, etc.
7. All materials A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels create in producing your order are the property of A. Graphic Communications. This includes images, typesets, layouts & designs. A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed material and to use it in any national advertising without your prior consent.
8. When you send A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels your image(s), you certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your printed material. DO NOT send any irreplaceable transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.
In no case is A. Graphic Communications and/or AGC Labels shall be liable for loss of business or implied damages. A. Graphic Communications' responsibility is limited to preparing your order and completing the delivery to the courier services. A. Graphic Communications shall not be liable for USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other courier's performance failures or delivery delays.
